Children from all over the globe converge in the Ravine Centre, Uyo, the capital city of Akwa Ibom State to be spiritually cleanse of all iniquities and to brighten their future. This year’s visit recorded remarkable activities to burst the spiritual exercise.
In a practical display of the Father’s teaching, the Children’s pilgrims led by the Universal President of the Fellowship – Sister Maria Owi, Sister Ene Akpan (the immediate past President) and the executive members visited the orphanage in Uyo. Gift items including toiletries and foods were presented.
Speaking at the orphanage on behalf of the brethren, Sister Owi the President who commended the inmates of the centre for receiving their fellow brethren and assured them of God’s promises in their lives. She said among them shall be doctors, lawyers, engineers, governors, presidents, high priest, politicians and celebrities whom the world shall be proud of. She assured them of hope in life and charged them to believe in themselves and to pray for the world.
Responding for the centre, the boss in her short speech thanked God for the visit and prayed God to replenish from where the funds/proceeds was subtracted. She on her speech was particularly delighted towards the way and manner the BCS Children conducted themselves and prayed the Spirit of the Almighty to lead and guide them. Prayer was offered for the inmates at the orphanage home.
Other activities included visit to some eminent personalities within and outside the city of Uyo. The trip lastly paid a courtesy call at Her Holiness’ Palace. And there, the children were received as Akwa Ibom State Children’s choir sang and glorified the Father whereas the blessing was poured on the entire world.
An evening service was conducted by the Father through Christ Witness Sylvanus Edet. With the Youth Fellowship choir and Ravine Pentecostal Centre choir as well as the Children’s choirs from states officiated.
The Father admonished His children to be good ambassadors to disseminate the gospel so that the world can truly be evangelized, assuring the children of the benefits and reward. Father declared freedom for the oppressed.
In the second segment, which was the appreciation section, the chairman at the occasion sister V. B. Clark thanked the Father for bringing His children Pilgrims from around the world to the 2017 Pilgrimage and advised the children to show all forms of life which are capable of destroying their future. The Chairman pronounced liberty and freedom to all and reassured all of Father’s promise to charge and unite the world.
Also speaking to the crowd of children pilgrims the international president Universal Children’s Fellowship – Sister Maria Owi who in her welcome address commended the state countries well as parent for accepting to release their children to honour God in Spiritual faith cleansing exercise and charged all to be obedient children who will make the kingdom great.
The State Leader’s Representative for Akwa Ibom State – Pastor Macathy Ubom Ubom Akpan welcomed the children from around the world who were in the event for their blessing and assured the Fathers’ Pilgrims fo a better and brighter future. Father will use them and open an era of hope for the fold and the entire world.
Songs, dances, testimonies, cash donation and outing were demonstrated as states and nations presents expressed their heartfelt joy to the Father at the spiritual exercise.

At about 4.00am, Father marched His children’s pilgrims to the Bethesda cleansing bath as Christ Witness Ime Akpakpan and Christ Witness Benard Essien took care of this, whereas the Secretary General/Head of Administration who was represented by Bishop Etim Ante – Bishop in charge of Calabar region. Commending the organizing committee, Father called for unity and look amongst the brethren thereby charging the International Exco to word hard by encouraging the children.
