CONDUCTING OF HOLY SPIRIT CHURCH IN PENTECOSTAL CENTRES
The Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe, Leader O.O.Obu, has directed that, the Holy Spirit Church Service which was until now restricted to the World Headquarters, should be conducted in all approved Pentecostal Centres in the entire Brotherhood of the Cross and Star World -wide with immediate effect.
This divine directive which was given on Sunday, 16 November, 1997 is a wonderful blessing extended to the entire brethren and should therefore be embraced with enthusiasm and great joy by all.
ORDER OF CONDUCTING HOLY SPIRIT CHURCH

BIBLE LESSONS:
st nd NB: Three texts must be read, (i.e. 1 Lesson, 2 lesson and golden text).
The second and golden texts being permanent, but the first lesson vanes depending on the choice of the conductor strictly on any of these four bible texts listed below.

COLLECTION OF FATHER’S ENVELOPE:
NB: The conductor gives our Father’s envelope to a member to put in a tray on top of the tithe box set aside for Holy Spirit Church. After which all members file pass the altar and give the freewill tithe silently while the conductor calls for testimonies.
TESTIMONIES: The conductor calls for testimonies. ANNOUNCEMENT: Announcements are made.
CLOSING: Father says, you should go. He is before and behind you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
ALL SHOULD TAKE NOTE:
On no account should testimonies be allowed until the appropriate time during the Holy Spirit Church Meeting.
A separate tithe box should be provided for Holy Spirit Church, and all proceeds from the Holy Spirit Church safely put there and kept in the Pentecostal Centre.
The key to the Holy Spirit Church tithe box must be kept by the Leader’s Representative. For the sake of accountability, three officers of the Pentecostal Centre viz:
1. C.N.T.M./Christ Witness in charge of the Pentecostal centre,
2. The Chairman General Fellowship and;
3. The Leader’s Representative Who should meet and take stock of the total proceeds for the month and record the exact amount before remitting same to the B.C.S. treasury to be paid into Holy Spirit Church account. Official treasury receipt obtained should be Photostatted and given to the Secretary of the Holy Spirit Church at the World Headquarters and the Original kept in the Pentecostal Centre for proper record keeping and assessment of progress made.
