And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and die first earth were passed way and there was no more sea. And I John saw me holy city new Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adored for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying. Behold die tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with then; and they shall be his people; and God himself shall be with then; and be their God And God shall wipe away all tears from their eye; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow nor crying neither shall there be any more pain: for die former things are passed away.
And I saw heaven opened and behold a white horse and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make wan His eyes were as a flame of fire; and on his head were many crowing and he had a name written that no man knew but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood and his name is called. The Word of God.
A new Commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
We want to make some corrections to the entire world in order that you are not deceived, people say that if you have money and mansions all over the place, you are God yourself! I hereby refute this erroneous belief.
It is observed that even here in Brotherhood, the so-called dignitaries have the misconception that a particular person was made a Bishop because of his numerous contributions or achievements in the fold and that, the other person was not appointed a Bishop because of his little or no meaningful contribution in the fold. These are the Impressions you are creating here. l am aware of these impressions because I am in your hearts. Sometime, when I draw an instance to a certain contribution (appreciation) by Okpala William, you immediately make a remark to that.
Are you not aware of the fact that, if Brotherhood were to be a thing of such nature then if would not have come from God nor would it have revealed God at all? I am going to put a stop today to all your struggling for positions here and there. Also, many people believe that, a person who is a visioner, for instance if one is ill, such a visioner would visualize the source of the illness, tells you all your problems and can equally provide solution to the problems. For that reason you claim he is God. This is not true. It is for this reason that at all times, I do not use the English Language to teach because the language is vague, deceptive and devoid of truth. And now, I want to let you know what is God.
There is only one God in existence and I am set to inform you about that one God, and if you are this God, then let me know. People have created the impression that the visioners who go about shouting ha! ha! ha! and making all sorts of noise are the ones who have seen the true image of God and for that reason, they are afraid of these visioners. Is that true? Others regard self-acclaimed erudite preachers, those who can convincingly cite Bible portions to buttress their sermon as God Himself; why these claims?
Following the present state of affairs in Nigeria in the democratic process, the European Union (EU) donated about fifty-six billion naira to Nigeria, and for that reason, were regarded as people with the greatest love or even as God. This is erroneous.
Brethren, considering the way I am leading you, whoever perishes, his blood shall be upon him. There is nothing that is done here (in Brotherhood) through your financial
contributions, beauty, academic attainment, personality or age. Let everyone of us be prepared to know and dwell in God today for He is here with us and we have seen him.
l have earlier revealed Him to you. l am merely repeating this fact in confirmation of the spoken words. l had earlier told you that, the name ‘GOD’ is not so but `GOOD’. A letter `O’ was dropped to make it God. I did not learn or read what l am imparting to you now from any book. It is rather innate and right from the beginning l move along that same path. l have no other way. You donate several assorted cars, bathe frequently till you become fair in complexion, yet I cannot regard you as God.
So many people are elected chairmen, presidents, prophets, apostles and are referred to as important dignitaries in the fold of Brotherhood. Those things cannot be regarded as attributes to greatness in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star.
Do not put this kingdom of God into mockery. Just as the people of the world do, by making carved objects in the image of human and then they regard them as their own gods; giving food to those carved objects sometimes they dress the pieces of wood with clothes and adorn them as human beings. This is what is now happening, you are quite aware of this. But all those things are vanity and act of foolishness that we should associate God with.
Let the first lesson be read.
I want to let you know that, whoever is not born again has no share in this New Kingdom. You cry of money! money! Money!. This does not make you born anew. There is absolutely nothing in this world that can make you to be born anew.
There is nothing that one can give to you to make it a new birth to you and there is nothing you too can give to a person to constitute a rebirth to that person. So brethren, what we are disclosing here and about to disclose to you is a very great thing that is greater than the whole world. it is exactly as when Christ went out with his disciples, then they got to where a fund raising function was held. Each donor who came out donated according to his ability, everybody
donated accordingly. Then a widow brought in a little amount not even up to half a penny. Our Lord Jesus Christ then drew the attention of His disciples and told them that, of all the donations the widow’s mite was the greatest. Up till today, philosophers and theologians are pondering about that statement of our Lord Jesus Christ that, the widow’s mite was the greatest of all the donations. Till today, you are not aware of the significance of that donation. You at times question, “why is it that others donated in thousands and in millions yet, the widow’s mite was considered the greatest? It is merely a proverb and not to be taken literally”. But l want to assure you that, today you are going to know the real significance of that widow’s mite.
You should ask yourself this question: Why is it that our Lord Jesus Christ, did not keep lawyers, presidents, kings, wealthy men, millionaires and thousanaires as this friends? But instead He kept company with the lame, the blind and the nonentities. Even amongst His disciples, Peter was a fisherman. Do you know that, it is not an easy thing for a fisher-man to own even a house. John was equally a fisherman. All the disciples were outcast in the world. But those eminent lawyers, doctors and judges were everywhere in Jerusalem yet He did not call any of them.
Up till when Christ was crucified, Ceasar did not know Him, till the day He was crucified, Pilate had to go there to inform him about Christ. Then Ceasar asked Pilate of the young man. But he (Pilate) had already delivered Him to the people in order to gain Caesar‘s favour as he presumed he would. Pilate had really wanted to free Christ but for fear of the people who demanded of him saying that, should he venture to free him then,” he (Pilate) would no longer be a friend of Ceasar. In order to maintain his friendship with Ceasar, he superficially washed his hands off with water to prove his innocence and whereas he condemned Christ and delivered Him up to the people.
However when Pilate got to Ceasar, he asked him of Christ. Ceasar was suffering from an illness which he had taught Christ would heal him at His instance. But little did he know that Christ had already been killed. It is said, whoever wants to save himself shall rather lose. Then for that same reason Ceasar ordered Pilate to produce Christ or else he should consider himself a condemned man and infact pilate was accordingly killed that day.
Many of you did not know that Pilate was equally killed the same day our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified. Why? lt is because he wanted to please Ceasar. Then, if the activities of people and the things we feel were accepted by God, why should Pilate then be killed? Why did Ceasar seek to see Christ? Why should the whole world cried in one accord, “give us Barabas and crucify Jesus? It is because, our Lord Jesus Christ had love, He was humble, He healed the sick, performed great works, spoke edifying words and possessed all virtues of God. He was God but He did not speak English. He did not attain any institution of learning, He had no wife, He had no child, no house and was regarded as an outcast. He was found moving from place to place. Even His parent complained of His style of life.
Did He not reveal Himself? Did people know Him? I have said, today, to everybody, that your yes will be open about what you are hearing and about what you are seeing and also what constitutes this God in our midst. Because, up till now many of you are still getting worried and troubled at heart claiming that “I have been in Brotherhood for the past forty years, yet I cannot build a house. I cannot measure up with my mates”. People are so filled with thoughts and are so confused. They draw instances. ` Look at that man, now he is a bishop, a pastor and so on. Please, Father, why not give me those things?’ it is not true. You get your heart unnecessarily troubled. You fail to show up in a function because you do not want to appear there empty-handed. You would rather go to struggle for money. All these are not correct. You are being misled by such thoughts. Today you will witness the truth. Our first witness is from
Matthew 1:20 – 25:
But while he thought on these things, behold the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph thou son of David fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shall call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet saying behold a virgin shall be with child and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is God with us. Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought froth her first bonr son: and he called His name JESUS.
Who knows exactly what we are driving at? Something has happened. When the priesthood is changed, the law, of a necessity is changed. Have you seen what is written there? It is said, ‘your wife shall be conceived and shall give birth to a baby boy and His name shall be called Emmanuel meaning God is here in our midst. Have you now seen God here? Has anybody known this? It is said, you were conceived in iniquity and delivered in sin. With what was He conceived with? His mother was a virgin, but God the Holy Spirit overshadowed her. It was the pregnancy caused by the Holy Spirit, because He was a perfect man and spot-less. This is to let you know what God is. There were many great dignitaries with their exalted positions in Israel at that time, why was He not born to them? Were they holy? Were they good? Were they worthy? The requirement was a holy and spotless person vi-sa-vis. G-O-O-D. To be God this is the requirement. Do not be offended, please.
Have you now seen that? Did they know this? Like it is written: A virgin shall conceive, she will give birth to a baby boy whose name shall be called Emmanuel. That is, the perfection of God Almighty. He is a perfect God, Perfection has nothing to do with cars, money and earthly possessions.
Mary had no carnal relationship; imagine a virgin giving birth to a baby boy who shall eventually redeem His own people. lf He (Christ) were not perfect, do you think Israel would have been saved? What then would have happened to our present generation?
Nigeria would had long perished, African would had perished, indeed the whole world would had perished. The whites are now bragging of their heavy weaponry and scientific know-how. Little do they know the real source of what has taken place in the world. Even those of you in Nigeria and here in the fold (Brotherhood) do you all know the real source of who is responsible? lt is the Perfect Master. God desires perfection because He is perfect. Our journey is gradually taking shape.
Our second witness is taken from Luke 2:5 – 15:
To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife; being great with child And so it was that while they were there; the days were accomplished that she should be delivered And she brought forth her first-born son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn.
…Glory to God in the highest; and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass as the angels were gone away from them into heaven the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass; which the Lord hath made known unto us.
Our third witness is taken from Luke 1:30 – 37:
And the angel said unto her Fear no; Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And behold thou shalt conceive in thy womb and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS For with God nothing shall be impossible.
There is none of you who is aware of where you are being led to apart from the Father alone. Has God not revealed Himself in that text? Has it not been revealed to you? You who said, l want to be this or that, with what were you conceived of? What is your father’s name? What is your mother’s name? Do you think this kingdom is consist of those things which you are fond of doing? You loot money into your pockets, buy expensive cars, and with that you think you are He (Christ).
With what were you conceived of and what is your life history? Have you seen mat? He has no carnal knowledge of a woman nor a man. And take David for instance, he was said to be one who served God diligently.
Our forth witness is from Philippians 2:1 – 12:
lf there be therefore any consolation in Christ; if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the spirit, if any bowels and mercies fulfill ye my joy that ye be like minded, having the same love; being of one accord, of one mind. Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have, always obeyed not as in my presence only but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Have you seen what causes a prolonged story? What is read there is a story. It is the history that follows a teaching that prolongs it and it is the practical side of the teaching. Whatever you see here on the earth plane, do not think that it originates here. It is not from the earth. There is nothing that is from this earth plane. Have you seen how God prepared Him, (Christ) before His coming? It is said in a local adage that, the soil must be well prepared to have a good yield. Have you seen how He(Christ) was born?
When He is referred to as the Holy Son of God, it is because even his birth took place in a seminary. He has no relationship whatever with the mundane world. He does not quarrel nor fight.
l had told you repeatedly that, when John the Baptist was asked if he was the one expected, he denied outright. Rather, he told the people that, he was merely the voice crying in the wilderness prepare he the way. In your own case, with your load of problems and earthly desire, you remain here to cause trouble and confusion. Tomorrow, after looting money you claim you are He (Christ). Do you think I want such a person here in this kingdom? Is he the holy one of God? The requirement is a holy person, one without blemish. It is not as a result of money, knowledge or father-son relationship. lf Christ was conceived through carnal relationship, would he be called the Holy Son of God? lf Mary had had any carnal relationship before being conceived would He (Christ) have been the expected one? Would we have gotten salvation? (Heave a sign of relief).
It is said that, the soil must be properly prepared before a good yield. From what is read, have you seen how He (Christ) was prepared? Now, have you seen that, we have been given a new law? The holy one has arrived, God has arrived. Have you seen how God came into the world, in a way that confounds everyone? The glory we have now, is it through miracle, raising the dead or making the lame to walk? Is it through preaching? Did the other prophets of old not preach? But it is because He Is the holy one. He is immaculate, a perfect one, spotless and completely without any blemish. He is GOOD.
John (the Baptist) said a voice came to him through He who sent him to baptize people by immersion and that whoever the Holy Spirit would descend upon, shall Himself baptise people with the Holy Spirit. That he (John) was a witness that, He, Christ, was the Son of God. Have you seen the wisdom of God? Was that not God Himself? Did you know that? None had known this. lf it were not so, He would not have been a perfect God and salvation would not have come to man. But now we have a mixed-up of people everywhere. The salvation we have is not as a result of work, not wisdom, not from learning but God Himself who has come down to save us out of mercy; out of love and out of His grace. We should therefore follow Him.
Read our fifth witness: St. Luke 18:18 – 19:
And a certain ruler asked him, saying Good Master what shall I do for inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto hint Why callest thou me good? none is good save one, that is God.
We are heading towards the end of our journey. Is the Kingdom of God two? Is God two? Are the children of God two? God is one indivisible whole. lf you were the one addressed as good master would you not puff up by raising your shoulders high? Christ queried the young man, “why callest thou me good? None is good, save one, that is God”.
Henceforth, I am going to watch you closely to see if you will call anyone God. Because nowadays, you are given food and you eat to your satisfaction and at the end you call the person, (who give the food), God. Many of you have about three hundred gods. You refer to someone who gives you a car as God. We are very pitiable.
How many God do we have in the entire world? We have only one God. Are you cleared now? would you not call a man God, or refer to a tree as God? You erroneously refer to someone who is intelligent, or powerful, as God. If someone is intelligent or powerful where does he acquire his intelligence or power? Are these virtues not from God?
The real name of God is Good but He uses ‘God’ to confuse the world. Many necromancers, herbalists, native doctors have many gods as well as different names for them. For example, Aristo-Krisana have their own gods whom they feed, clothed, and rendered other assistance to. The name of God is Good which signify perfection and no imperfection shall enter into the kingdom of God. When you compared worldly person with God, is your head correct? By such comparison you are insulting God. I am telling you this so that you do not hope that your money or academic knowledge shall guarantee you success into the kingdom of God. Your worldly possessions, the children you have will not enter except through perfection. The way and manner you relate with one another, your humility, if you do not cheat others, tell lies, challenge God nor equate yourself with God, then you are saved. Other considerations cannot lead you into the kingdom.
If you observed critically you would notice that so many people out of ignorant drink that they are superior to God, are wealthier than God, more generous than God, they finally conclude by saying, “what is it that God does which they themselves cannot do?” Such impostors have no share in this kingdom. But who ever is born of the Holy Spirit knows that, everything in heaven and earth belong to God. That God is everything and abides in everything. Such a person does not arrogate or equate himself with God. ‘He does not boast or insult God, but submits himself totally before God.
I have given you this story several times about a certain man (master) who bought and owned a slave as his domestic servant. ‘He decided to set him free by giving him the liberty to operate on his own. This servant suddenly became rich and possessed a lot of slaves, both males and females, cattle. landed properties among many other things. With the acquisition of the great wealth the man became arrogant, pompous and full of pride. People who witnessed his sudden transformation from the state of slave boy to multi-billionaire started to boast that this man (slave) was richer than his master. He also confessed that he was richer than his master.
This rumor started spreading like wild fire in the whole city till the slave’s master heard about this. But he was able to comport himself without minding what his slave and the general public said about him. This servant did not save The situation, but went about boasting to those who came to listen to him that he was a slave but now he was richer than his master.
When his master could not bear this insult any longer, one day he summoned the whole community together and then asked his slave to take stock of his wealth before the people. The servant did this by counting all his assets and liabilities one after the other with standing ovation from the crowd. As he continued counting his possession he was interrupted intermittently with applause from the crowd and finally he ended.
His master stood up and without going too far concluded that all the wealth of his slave as already counted plus himself belonged to him the master. With that he summed up his counting. After this, the servant slumped to the ground and the whole crowd became quiet.
This is the same situation we find ourselves. Whoever claims that he is God tell him to count his wealth and to substantiate why he says he is God. Have you ever heard that came rich any man is God in the whole world? When you claim that Olumba Olumba Obu is God I look at you with dismay. Because your head is not correct. Is that what l teach you? You further ask why does Olumba bow down and knock His head on the ground?
The answer is why should l not bow down? Am l God? We all bow down and worship the same one God. My focus is on Him because a good child takes after his father. Have you not seen how Jesus resembles God? Through His behaviour people know that He is from God. For if you love one another as l loved you the whole world will know that you are the children of God. This is the only way you can be called a child of God.
Brethren, at the end of every preaching our Lord Jesus Christ often concluded by saying that, he who has ears to hear let him hear. I have reached that point and now l am saying the same thing. That, he who has ears to hear, let him hear.
