Commissioning Of Some Bethels And Pentecostal Centres/ Courtesy Visits During The 2015 Holy Queen Mother’s Visit To Akwa Ibom State

In 2014, the entire Universe, spirit and angels seen and unseen assembled in Bayelsa state for the Holy Father, Leader Olumba Olumba Obu, Kings of kings and Lord of lords and Sole Spiritual Head of the Universe to bless the entire creation of God. The Heavenly blessing was accompanied with the earthly ones.

This year, the brethren in Akwa Ibom State took their turn as they hosted the Holy Queen Mother.

As a people who are so loved and treasure by God, Her Holiness, the Holy Queen Mother commissioned the Independent Avenue Pentecostal Centre, Offot- Abak, Abak. Performing the dedication of the centre by the Father in the representative of the Holy Queen Mother, Bishop Asuquo Ekanem, the Father declared the centre open in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit at 12:20pm on Friday 20th November 2015.

In the entourage of the Holy Queen Mother were the Brotherhood of the Cross and Star Executive members; Bishop Joe Salubi, Bishop Christopher Oshiomiegie, Bishop Alex Igwe, Bishop Ejedawe. Also in the entourage of the Secetary General were the Bishop in charge of Calabar Region – Bishop Etim Ante, Bishop Godspower Agborlu , Bishop in charge of Yenegoa.

The event featured the introduction of brethren from United Kingdom, such as Deaconess Y. Leong, Christ Witness Martha, Christ Witness Mary Peters. Brethren who also attended the visit were those from United States of America – Deaconess Akon Umoren and Staff of the Leader’s office were not left out in the epoch making event .

Leaders Representative from the following states were also present ; Akwa Ibom, Niger, Rivers, Cross River, Abia, FCT, Delta, Edo and Kaduna

In a brief address presented on the occasion to welcome the Father and the entire faithful children of God by the Area Leader’s Representative of Abak – Apostle Moses Akpan, thanked the Father for specially performing the dedication/commissioning of the centre in the event of the Holy Queen Mother’s visit.

Apostle Akpan commended the Holy Father who visited the centre on 30th June 2002 (13 years ago) during a State Assembly which was held in Offot Abak. The Offot Abak Pentecostal Centre has a semidetached 2 bedroom flats built and furnished for the resident priest.

He specially commended the effort and contribution of Pastor Prince Udoekong who single handedly built and furnished the centre for the Father.

The Regional Bishop for Calaber, Etim Ante, thanked the Father for the joy and blessing witnessed in the event and prayed that for every soul that steps into the Centre will return home with words of testimony.

The Akwa Ibom State Central Choir thrilled the crowd with rousing tunes as the Father’s Representative in the Father’s advised and blessed the Offot brethren, the community, Akwa Ibom State and the entire world.

The Father later led His children to Etim Ekpo to commission another Ultra-Modern edifies which was built by the Akwa Ibom State Executive Council.

At the gate of the newly built structure, the Akwa Ibom State Leader’s Representative officially received the Holy Queen Mother and Her entourage. A 144,000 virgin prayed to declare the ceremony open; while the representative of her Holiness, the Holy queen Mother His lordship Bishop Asuquo Ekanem unveiled the plague.

Among the traditional rulers present to welcome Her Holiness, Holy Queen Mother were:

  2. His Highness Obong Ezekiel Iwok Akpan Clan Head of Ikono and Traditional Ruler Chairman, Etim Ekpo Local Government Area.
